This valve of Insert-assembled Model Float collar/shoe is ball-floating aluminum-alloy type, which is independent in that it can be fixed into the body of Composite Model I or the Composite Model II,according to actual situation or requirement. While RIH,fill casing with mud, then run the plunger head downwards with drillpipe. the sealing mode of 20¡±valve is different from other sizes.
This kind of equipment has another assembly with auto-fill, please refer to Composite Model III. There is a closing sleeve inside the Auto-fill valve, when casing in position, apply 5-10Ton force to push the sleeve to closing point, so as to close the communication pore, at this moment, the auto-fill mode is converted into Non Auto-fill, and the job can be implemented as usual to the end. |
