It¡¯s the front end is drillable wear-resistant guide head, the middle part is swirl opener tube, and the back end is float collar. There is a water port at the front with four on each side, functioning sand/mud flushing. The middle part is high strength alloy tube with scraping blade welded around, playing two functions: 1)centralizing: when casing placed in middle, it is helpful to guide it into hole; 2)swirling: it can direct fluid regularly; meanwhile, it can clean the mud cake making blade sharper, achieving better reaming effect. The later section is standard float collar, with pressure resistance up to 40MPa. The normal working pressure is 25-35MPa, stable and reliable. While using, it¡¯d better mount a integral-type spring centralizer or resin swirl centralizer or roller centralizer, so as to reduce the casing friction, improve reaming function. |
