Model 302 Positive centralizer is in compliance with API 10D Standard. The manufacturing technique is almost the same with Model 300 and 301, the only difference in grooved spring steel sheet. Compared with others, the contact with wellbore wall was larger, empowering it with much stronger centralizing force. Since the OD is smaller than wellbore, the triggering force is almost zero, and the mud flowing through groove can adjust the fluid direction for better circulation. This type of centralizer is suitable for regular wellbore or open hole, also applicable for deviated or horizontal well, safe and reliable. |
